PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
– Rental of a 9 sqm (3×3 m), pre-fitted, lacquered stand in the exhibition area, as shown in the floor plan attached below, including: electrical power, one table, two chairs, two wall-mounted shelves, one LED spotlight (two for corner stands open on two sides), one 220V power strip with three outlets, one stool, one coat rack, one reception desk (measures 100cmx50cmx100cm) customized with the company logo as shown in the attached layout INSERIRE LINK
– Free participation of one company representative to the scientific sessions, 3 lunches, the Beach Party and the Gala Dinner (one complimentary registration per stand booked).
– Discounted participation for all company staff members in the scientific sessions.
–Regular newsletters to all AFI members and Symposium registered participants, within which the sponsors may publish articles highlighting the key innovations to be presented during the Symposium.
– Creation of a dedicated Company Page on the Symposium website (the basic page layout includes: logo – company details – company description – promotional image gallery).

PAYMENT DETAILS

The attached floor plan may be subject to modification for technical reasons.
Companies booking a stand will receive later further details regarding their participation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be communicated via fax or e-mail to NEW AURAMEETING. If the cancellation is communicated by April 4, 2026, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged; after this date, the full fee (100%) will be charged.
LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to persons or property caused by displayed products, advertising setups, operating machinery, or by their personnel. Exhibitors must obtain appropriate insurance coverage against such risks, either through their own insurer or through the company authorized by the Palacongressi. Further details, along with the general regulations of the Palacongressi, will be provided after confirmation of participation.
